The design of the windows is tribble - you feel you are in jail. Although there are two windows in each room the height of the window is about 400mm and one is located 300mm from the floor, and the other one is just 300mm from the roof. So you cannot see anything from the room during the day or night.

Beautiful window view towards the forum and Martini Tower. Enjoy my stay here as my first trip to the Netherlands. Nice staff and the location is very convenient, close to the train station and city centre. The room is compact, but the bathroom door will be blocked with a large luggage open(28 inches).

They changed around the front desk and stuff I like the coffee machines on each floor rather than in rooms I don’t trust them it hard to get everything included such as garage

The rooms facing the nearby ring road might be a bit noisy, specially if you open the window.

A very nice hotel in an interesting location by the lake. Deliciuous breakfast, very friendly staff, free spaciuos parking just in front, a swimming pool and a sauna. You can't walk to the city center, it's a bit too far, but the hotel provides an easy and free transfer. :)

You can get a better deal via a web site than ring up myself 6 month before same room different price breakfast was only good once out of 3 times no bacon and u used to be able to get coffee on each floor now you carnt I don’t trust kettles on rooms been badly before no garage available which put our price up a great deal the reason we book that hotel is because they always helped us and had garage space

The room was pretty small and the bed wasn't that comfy (huge pillows) and it had a view of a wall (apparently a historic one). It is also very expensive at like 200 euro per night, which includes parking and breakfast (which wasn't that spectacular as well)

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location, it's 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants of Groningen. It also offers relatively cheap garage parking, a couple of minutes away from the hotel - this is especially important as this part of the city is not accessible by car. The staff was really nice. The hotel is very modern and definitely a nice place to stay.

The bathroom smelled weird and the single bedroom was quite small compared to the price to be honest. No refridgerator in the room.

Had to re-log into the wifi each time. Breakfast could have had more options but food was nice. Room was a little small but overall standard sized for European hotel.

Very centrally located hotel. Nice room with comfortable bed and minimal noise. Bathroom was clean with good shower/bath. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.
