I arrived late in the evening, and all the bottom bunks were taken. It was a challenge to climb up to the top bunk, when I was very tired & also, I had hurt my knee earlier in the day.

Breakfast in the communal room was delicious and friendly; I sat there for an hour, finishing my work, because it was so pleasant!

The best hostel I ever had. Staff is so friendly and nice. Rooms are very cool in terms of design and space. Beds very comfy and clean. Also the showers and toilet's are very clean.

The bathroom system was a little all over the place. Had to go to a different floor to use the facilities. Beds a a bit creaky but comfy, avail of the free earplugs at reception

Nice central spot, friendly staff lovely bar. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast was very nice. Great access to charge ports in the rooms.

As we stayed there for rolling loud Rotterdam it was a really convenient location being 4 stops away from Rotterdam ahoy on the metro. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. My main issue going into this was security but you can lock your stuff away. Amazing place and friendly staff.

As far as hostels go, this one is perfect. Nothing not to like.

Great and welcoming environment for young travelers and families too. Loved the shared kitchen area to be able to keep it affordable. The themed rooms were a nice touch!!!

Road noise and noisy party all along our corridor. They were excited and it wasn’t the hostel’s fault, but the door banging etc was the only real downside

LOVELY staff, v kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious and had lots of character. Nice to have water, towels and a kettle. The kitchen facilities were really good too. Bathrooms fine and clean. We had a very nice breakfast: plentiful and inexpensive (5€ pp). The hostel staff were very helpful with luggage storage. It was noisy though (traffic late & early and a group of boys all along our corridor) but I guess noise is usually a factor at hostels and there were free earplugs 😊). We had a great time and a comfortable night. Would def stay again

Breakfast on day 1 was great! Breakfast on day 2 was not great. The butter and jam on the tables were left out in the heat overnight and tasted spoiled. I also didn't like that I had to pay 2 Euros for a towel. It feels very petty and unhygienic to deny people towels without extra payment. I also felt that there was a lot of noise in the shared dorms. Even though people were quiet in the room, it didn't always feel secure. I really would have liked more privacy. I will get my own room next time. It is sad that there are not other affordable hotel rooms around the city.

The accommodation was inexpensive compared to other options available in Rotterdam. It was centrally located and close to tram lines and near the river.
