“this is not a 3* hotel, it is a scam of a hotel. all the 5* reviews and ratings must either be from rough sleepers or slum dwellers. I am disappointed, because those reviews led me to booking this hotel. Avoid this, if you want a comfortable stay in Cusco. You will need a comfortable stay, after all the hiking trips. Please do not be fooled by 5* reviews. There are other hotels for a similar price that are much much nicer.
Pros:
1. close to the main square
2. luggage storage
Cons:
1. not a 3*, I had stayed in a hostel in Huacachina which offered much better facilities
2. Room was basic, with no heating [they provided a hot water bottle]
3. shower was basic, with no pressure at times and the bathroom was tiny
4. no lifts/elevators, and the hotel has 5 floors!!
5. Breakfast was basic, not a great selection”
“The woman is sooo welcoming and is taking care of us ! She allowed us to sleep 2h in the early morning the day before our reservation because we were there just 2h before leaving to Machu Picchu.”
“We can't say much because unfortunately we were sick and we had to go to a clinic for the 3 nights that we have booked here. The owner cslled the clinic and a doctor came to the hotel and decided to take us with him to the hospital.”
“This hostel was great! We booked a private room and it was the standard of a good hotel but with all of the fun and social life of the hostel.
The activities were a great way to meet people and find things to do in Cusco. The food was also really delicious and reasonably priced along with the drinks.
The location was very central and easy short walk to the main plaza. The hostel felt very safe with security on the door at all times.
A must stay!”
“The staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious , and the beds were super comfy.
The decor in the hotel was lovely.
The location was good , a 10 minute walk from the busy square.”

1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking

2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
