“The location of the apartment is great. It is walking distance of Isla Verde Beach, about 5 minutes. There’s also a good variety of restaurants and stores near by (Tavo Bell, Burger King, a pharmacy etc.)The Apartment was overall very clean. The apartment offers a personal one space parking next to the building. My family enjoyed the pool!”

“We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat for our first night in San Juan, arriving from Madrid . The location is right in the center of San Juan, right next to a well known ice cream shop. The location is very secure, with police at the concern 24-7 to ensure security of the governmental palace at the end of the street. There is a kitchen, many appliances that we did not use and a huge fridge but no bottled water provided in rooms or kitchen. Coffee machine provided but not even a coffee kit .”

“Very good location and great communication with the host, which provided all the needed info, including places to visit nearby. Smooth check in and overall a pleasant stay. The place is small but cute and ideal for a few days. There's a very small kitchen with toaster, microwave and coffee machine, we didn't really use it though. The aircon helped a lot with the warmth and high humidity in PR, which we really appreciated. There's a beach at about a 10 mins walk away and many bars, cafes and restaurant in the area. The neighbourhood felt safe, nice to walk around and not too loud. The price is quite cheap so you kinda get what you pay for, but I did enjoy my stay.”
