it’s is very very poor cleaning service. no maids cleaning floors. towels changed every 4 days. bed covers every 7 days. place has went down hill since being took over as it never like that before

good location for what we needed

The check in was a bit frustrating as I had asked if I could arrive earlier and there was no-one on reception. I tried phoning the number but it took a long time to get a response and for someone to let me in. Probably reception closed as it was low season.

I liked the area that the hotel is located in and it was good to make use of the balcony as it formed a real sunspot in February. I had a quick swim in the pool too. There were not many people at this time of year so it was quiet. The surrounding areas are more rural and pretty and it is not far to a bus stop, supermarket and cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to Barrancas beach and Falesia and Olhos de Agua. Very good price for the nights.

As we wanted to check in the reception was empty and the staff didn't answer the phone for 30 minutes. We didn't reach them the whole day and we called them often.

It was a huge apartment. Nice pool area. For the money it was good value.

I was phoned at 5.30pm to confirm my check-in time. I said 6.45. (I was sent a threat to say that check-ins after 7pm would incur a 20€ charge). The location according to Booking.com was wrong, by 300m, so I only found the office owing to my using a gps tracker. Despite my confusion, I arrived at 6.43, no one there. I phoned the number back that had called and he said he was on his way. I waited 25 minutes outside for him to arrive. All he could do was apologise. A dreadful start and this would have spoilt my stay except for the quality of the apartment. The kitchenette us a mess, however, with the microwave, toaster and kettle set up under the TV and only an electric twin-plate hob beside the sink. Some of the utensils were lacking or looked a bit grubby so I used my own.

Spacious apartment, with sofa, kitchenette, good-sized bathroom. Spacious private terrace. Great value for money.

Some may feel the location is on the outskirts of Olhos de Agua. However, it's close to bus route, beach, supermarket etc.

Very helpful reception team, regular bus service to Albuferia, Quarteria, Faro, easy to walk to some bars / restaurants, a little further to Olhos de Agua

The floor was a little dusty and furniture was old and could use an upgrade.

The space was pretty nice with two pools, a bar and a lot of space. The room had a great size and had everything needed for out stay. We loved the little outside area of the room. It's in a calm area and easy access to most things you'd want to visit. There's also lots of parking spaces.

It can be quite chilly in the rooms as quite spacious, but there’s AC that can be used :)

Lovely complex of apartments, that feels private. I loved the green quiet surroundings, relaxing pool and bar. Apartment is spacious, even the studio - has two big beds together. Kitchen has microwave, toaster, kettle - lovely. Bathroom with great shower!

The main issue which i faced is that i made the deposit at the reception and after two days i need to check out early morning. A night before checking out i asked for my security deposit and they said that we will transfer you through bank deposit tomorrow. I waited for many days and messaged then again, asking for my deposit return, but these people started making excuses and now these guys blocked my number. Is it really a scam going on? I booked from booking.com and i think that now its your responsibility to get my deposit back.

Lack of paper toilet you need to buy your own shower gel . Also a protection deposit is required not explicit in the reservation in booking.com

We are pensioners.. Stairs were a little difficult, although not a lot of stairs ... with balancing issues, it became an issue for us.. so next stay, we will request ground floor.. This is an us issue, NOT the complex.. Also, maybe extra pillows .. would nake sleeping comfier..

The greeting and welcome was probably one of the best we have had.. the apartment was small but perfect for our needs..

Dont let the Negatives put you off. Few Issues . One thing in the apt is needed . Extracter fan in the Bathroom. Because some of the bathroom is in the Middle of the apt when you have a shower . Bit of damp . The bathroom has vents . As for The toilet roll . You just Replace it . Cost €1.20 . The Deposit is for young people so they dont Destroy the place. They were very good gave back to my card 4 hours after Check out. Nature ants . Is Common in the area. You done get some . You just Sweep them up . If its a real Problem get a top floor apt

The one thing i like was the staff. Very helpfull. The area was very Quiet and relaxing Nice restaurants and pubs nearby. I will Definitely stay there again . As for the apt great value for money. Two pools and a bar. You can get taxi to the old town . The beach is not fair away. Really nice beach. The weather was great when i was there. Great winter sun .
