  • Sofia Ada Review score: 6

“The location is amazing. The island does not have any cars and is only accessible via water taxi which means it is quiet. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view which was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean on arrival. Nodir was very helpful although we had a problem communicating and had to use translation apps. The area next to the sea is lovely for sunbathing and we used the 2 paddle boards to paddle around the island (you have to do this early in the morning before the wind picks up and the sea gets choppy). Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Yana was helpful and organised a taxi for us back to the airport.”

  • Datca Beyaz Ev Hotel Review score: 9

“We’ve just had a fabulous 5 night stay in the Datca Beyaz Hotel. The welcome was charming and warm, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room, overlooking the pool, was clean and comfortable and the shower first class. The Turkish breakfast was a highlight every morning with its delicious spread of cheeses, fresh vegetables, omelette, breads, marmalade, honey and more. It’s no wonder that guests return time after time… we will be doing the same!”

  • Anz Guest House Pansiyon Review score: 7

“Location was great and only a 8min walk to town and to minibus ( dolmus) station for Ephesus(30TL)/Kusadasi(50TL) Bit confusing to find Pension, but if you come out of the train station next to the ruins of the old aquaduct, then walk left past the shops, towards the minibus station, cross the park near the museum, and uphill past Ali Baba restaurant. Harry very kindly came to get us with his electric scooter, otherwise we would have found it a bit hard. We stayed in a 5 bedded room which was reasonable sized. Breakfast was served on a plate with boiled egg/fruit oilives, and good coffee in cafetiere. Harry and his sons were always ready to help with instructions of places to visit etc.”

  • Maison d'Azur Alaçatı Review score: 10

“Location was excellent in the midst of vibrant and quaint streets. Very picturesque. Hotel was excellent, small but cute and well maintained. Breakfast was also a treat for the eyes and the palate. Olive mix and homemade marmalade were stand-outs! Don't blink any eye ... Just book it!”

  • Airport Guest House Review score: 8

“It was just minutes drive away from Dalaman airport. Ferhat sent very clear instructions of where he would be waiting in his car and picked us up to take us to the hotel. The room was basic but extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite being so close to the airport it wasn't noisy. The double glazing on the balcony doors worked very well. We didn't have breakfast the next morning as we were moving on, so I can't comment on that.”

  • LAVİNYA PENSİON Review score: 8

“Ali and his family are helpful and lovely. It feels like you’ve been invited into somebody’s home . Nice outside area to relax in. Decent attempt at breakfast, it changes slightly every day”

  • “The location was fantastic - near the town centre and bus station/train stop as well as the in-town attractions like the museum and the castle and basilica, but on a quiet street. There is a Sok supermarket nearby where one can buy bottled water and other necessities. The catch however is that one has to walk up a steep slope to get to the pansiyon - best to have backpacks rather than heavy wheeled luggage. The room and toilet/bathroom were clean enough, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very decent; coffee seemed to be brewed rather than Nescafe! Excellent views from the terrace which has tables and benches for chilling out.”
