“My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel had a lovely pool, and the location was fabulous, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The animation team did a fantastic job, always keeping both kids and adults entertained. The evening shows were enjoyable as well. The only feedback I have is regarding the kids' disco – some of the games seemed a bit strange and not entirely suitable for the younger children.”

“I had the best 10 night at this hotel🥰first of all i want to thank the perfect stuff they were so friendly and so amazing with us,the views are perfect from the room you can enjoy the view of island and the sea and just staying in your balcon and enjoying it,the location is perfect 5 minute from the city of magaluf and the beaches but a lot of times we stayed just in pool and enjoying it,the food was perfect the breakfast was amazing you had all time someone that makes fresh eggs and pancakes infront of you and i want to say hi to sonia she was so friendly and lovely woman she made everyday for us with love food, breakfast was so fresh you can chose everything and i think i have 4 kg plus i eated a lot,the first day we tried the dinner and we loved it later we ate everynight dinner were different types of salads,pastas,meat,rice and everything else! Im beyond grateful with this hotel i had the 10 best day of my life i cant wait to go again! The last day we went in 4 am in airport and they let for us the breakfast ready i was really emotional for that! Thank you so much hotel florida 🥰”
“Although it was an express visit, my stay at The Donna Portals could not have been better. In many places, if you only stay for one night they put you anywhere and don't pay attention to you; from the moment I entered the hotel the treatment was top notch, with personalised attention and a very friendly and attentive reception staff.
The room I was given was beautiful, clean and tidy. The pool area (beautiful!) is magnificent, and although the hotel is right next to the beach, you can relax in the hammock, away from the noise.
Taking advantage of the fact that there was room in the Spa, I booked a treatment and the girl who attended me was super helpful from the beginning; she showed me the available massages, after the massage she took me to the waiting room, where you always have snacks and hot and cold drink options. A special mention to the spa space itself, the design is surprising for a spa, but allows for an absolute relaxing atmosphere.
Finally, I would like to comment on the fabulous experience I had at the restaurant. The food is luxurious and the service exquisite; again, totally personalised and always attentive and willing to recommend both dishes and the wine to accompany them. The next day, again, at breakfast, the service was magnificent. I can't imagine a nicer place to have breakfast than the terrace overlooking the beach and the breakfast is well presented and varied.
At check-out the staff were again lovely, and helped me with everything to make my departure easier.
It is certainly clear to me which hotel I will choose for future stays in Portals Nous, because one night was not enough.”
“Short 20 minute transfer from airport. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the pool area welcoming and relaxing, staff extremely friendly, room comfortable and a good size. The location is excellent. A short walk to a sandy, quiet, small beach with clear waters and fish to swim with! The area is mainly residential and is quiet overnight. Close to local marina, hotel shuttle service to Palma central area. Breakfast was superb, many choices to suit all dietary needs with pancakes, eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Dinner a mix of freshly cooked meats and buffet items including local and international options.”
