    “Friendly staff, excellent location, comfy room and bed. The price is unbeatable and we had a perfect rest and chill time. The fridge and microwave in the room helped a lot and it is so close to public transport, shops and right in front of the beach :)”

    “Location is great if you want to walk to Punda, Pietermaai or restaurants in Ottrabanda. House is easily recognisable, facilities were clean and kitchen was well equipped for small meals. Host was very friendly and accommodating, giving us a tour of the neighbourhood in his car, pointing out all the good restaurants and even a nice little bar where they serve Rom Berde (a must try!). He also drove us to our rental car pickup and stayed to see everything was in order before he left us. We felt very taken care of (maybe a bit too much? We are used to having to take care of ourselves on trips so we had to adjust our mentality a bit!). Nice to have breakfast included, and even better that we could ask for alternatives to certain parts of the breakfast (more fruit instead of something sweet, no egg or meat,…). The extra security alarm takes some getting used to but made us feel safe during the night and while going out.”

    “the hotel is located close to many main attractions. It was located 6 minutes drive from Punda. It was 5 minutes drive from Cubanao beach and Mambo beach. The westpunt area was about 1 hour from the hotel. The ostrich farm was about 20 minutes from the hotel.”

    “Super lovely place, small bungalows surrounded by mini botanical garden, lovely pool in the middle of the area for a relaxing day. Hosts are super super super nice, trying to help with all kind of requests. Place has a kitchen with refreshments, so that you dont have to run searching for a supermarket if needed. Clean and comfy”

    “We enjoyed our time here very much! It’s too bad we didn’t stay here longer, we had a very relaxing time here. Nancy and Wilko (and their two large but very cute dogs) were great and the property is beautiful. We felt at home almost immediately. The resort is spacious with a lot of interesting communal nooks and a large pool. We could park our car inside the property which was closed off with a gate, making us feel safe. Nancy was very sweet, she gave us great tips about restaurants, activities and even let us borrow snorkeling equipment. The room, bathroom and kitchen and outside kitchen were spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great for us as well, it’s not close to any busy streets or neighbourhoods but everything you need is in driving distance.”
