“Being severely handicapped I asked for a handicap room. I even told the hotel, if there is not a handicap room available please inform me. I arrived with my wife, checked in and was told my handicap room was available, problem was, it was NOT a handicap room, we tried another room, same result, apologies from the hotel zero. I am going to take this further with Wyndham in USA, so this will not happen to another handicapped person. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, rooms are really tiny.”

“Great hotel. Room was good with a comfy bed. The breakfast was nice. The pool was great for a dip after visiting Tucume pyramids. I could park my motorbike securely inside the front gate. Instant hot water in the shower.”
