    “A very impressive hotel set in beautiful grounds. On arrival we were impressed - through a gated entrance up a drive to a spacious secure car park. There was a row of Tesla chargers for those those with electric vehicles. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed a wander past the large ponds with swans and ducks. We made use of the swimming pool which was well presented and had good changing facilities. All the rooms have names and ours was 20,000 Leagues under the Sea. Whoever had designed the room was very talented and we enjoyed it’s features - we took several photos. The room had an electric shutter, air conditioning, remote control lights and a fridge - the only thing we would have liked was tea/coffee facilities. There was a high end restaurant on site. Overall very impressive.”

    “The spacious rooms, the location that is close to the main route but situated in a park like green area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love it that pets are allowed to stay in the rooms and are welcome. Newly renovated so clean and very comfortable.”

    “Really relaxing place to be. Lovely staff, very comfortable accommodation, and felt at home straight away. Good little Carrefour 800 meters away for all the basics . Hired a couple of bikes on site at a very reasonable cost and really enjoyed riding on the cycleways, which are extensive. We ate at the site restaurant, which was perfectly adequate and barbied on our gas portable bbq a couple of nights on the little sandy area in front of our veranda. I'm glad we opted for the 3 bed chalet ,despite there being just the 2 of us ,as they are newer and smarter. The cleverly placed greenery surrounding the units really makes you feel quite private.”

    “Fantastic bed, lovely neat, clean rooms. Quiet and peaceful stay. Enjoyed the breakfast well enough. Good location within the city, and bar closed at reasonable hours. The staff were lovely and accomodating.”
