“The location is great!! It's very close to Stanford, Amazon as well as Facebook. There're bus stops within 10 min walk radius that can take you to many part of Palo Alto, as well as Menlo Park and San Jose. From there you can take the CalTrain to San Francisco City, and SFO easily, if you are not planning to rent a car. The house is very clean and the manager of the house is so friendly and helpful!”

“I had a negative experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the staff members, an individual of Indian descent, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me without cause. Despite being a paying customer, it felt as though my presence was undervalued. Additionally, his appearance struck me as unconventional. This type of behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects poorly on the property's professionalism and customer service standards. I was there on March 30th and stayed in room number 207, with a check-in time of 11:00 pm on that day. When I entered the hotel, his expression was very rude.”
