    “Easy self-check-in and an amazing view. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were kind and welcoming. Despite some unexpected delays, I was allowed to enjoy breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, they provided a separate room where I could enjoy breakfast with my dog. If I find myself in Innsbruck again, I would definitely choose to stay here”

    “very nice and helpful staff perfect use for children - especially lisi world rich breakfast events for children and accompanying programme plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel the location is close to the ski areas and also offers great hiking opportunities (it is not in the centrum of the city which is rather an advantage for a stay with children) overall the stay was very pleasant and met expectations”

    “The hostel is excellent, clean, well ventilated, good common areas for telly, hanging out, large kitchen area, washing and drying facilities and fridge for storing food. The staff was courteous and even did an early check-in at 12 pm though it is at 3 pm which was super nice of them! I gor a welcome card which provides access to some museums and transport which was super handy and saved some money. The hostel only accepts cash but there is a cash machine outside”

    “Location was fantastic! You could not get more central. Walking distance to all the main attractions, including the funicular up to the mountains. The room was a great size and really nice decor. Shower was big and fully functioning and we had no problem with it being in the room with us. Can see how this could bother people that maybe are not together or certain family members, due to the lack of privacy. The room was very clean and water was provided every day. The bed was very comfortable and even though not a huge room, there was plenty of space for storage. The nicest thing was how quiet the room was!! This is always a really big issue for us when we travel, so was lovely to have total peace for 3x nights! The little balcony was nice too, especially as we got very lucky with the weather! :) The description of it is accurate as it is more rooms than a full hotel, which is what we needed so no issues! Really lovely staff and a great stay generally, would highly recommend.”

    “The hotel offers breakfast and dinner packs and there are apartments for families. The Smart building is freshly refurbished and is very clean and cosy. The rooms are large enough for 3-4 persons. Ski bus stop is very close to hotel. The small town is 10 minute nice walk.”
