We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThey have two pools and there is a real lack of parasols and shade especially around the deeper pool. There are a fair amount of sun beds but not enough comfy covers for them. There was a group of people who pegged towels continuously on the sunbeds which were in the shade whether they were using them or not! The management should ensure this does not happen.
The resort was right on the beach and had two swimming pools, bar, restaurant and massage (I think). We had a twin room in one of the block and although the furniture was a bit dated, it was a large room with kettle, tea and coffee and the bathroom was fine. There was a terrace overlooking the second pool with 2 chairs, side table and washing stand. Breakfast was fine with a choice of western plus egg station and Thai. We ate there two evenings and it was good and reasonable. 7/11 was a short walk away as well as other restaurants and the main Road. We extended our stay to 7 days and although booking.com did not have any vacancies the hotel did. We moved to a bungalow type accommodation which was really nice.

NetherlandsWe bought the NYE package but price quality was not worth it. Entertainment was really bad and it cut a bit the vibe of NYE. Could have chosen abundance of other options along the beach.
Location was great, directly on the beach. Size of the room was good and we had plenty towels provided (hand, shower and pool). Friendly staff was all around. Both swimming pools were great and the scooter rent was well arranged. Pier pick up for free is also provided!

NetherlandsThere were a lot of mosquitoes. Really really lot of mosquitoes. Not strange cause we were traveling during rain season. Koh Lanta felt like a deserted island, with lots of shops, restaurants al hotels and hotels closed.
Mr. Phee was the absolute best hotel manager you can think of. Super friendly and always ready to help us with anything. Because of low season we had the whole resort for our selves

Great Villa very close to the beach. The resort restaurant was really good though the service a bit slow. Absolutely stunning beach and sunsets directly in front of the resort. The hotel eating and drinking facilities close early (1700 if I remember correctly) however there are many bars and restaurants a very short walk away. Massage in the hotel was good and right next to the beach.

United KingdomWe stayed only 1 night. We realised quite late (at 8pm ) that the shower does not have hot water . There was no one at reception so by booking com we asked for the issue to get sorted. Someone came and said that the shower is broken , but we have not been offered another room . ( the room was booked for 1 adult and 2 children 8 & 12 years old)
The property is very reasonable price. Have nice pools and specious rooms. The lady from reception was very helpful.

United KingdomNeeds renovating , looking a bit tatty needs an up keep, terrible breakfast ..everything in the hot plates were cold, the hot plates are set at min temp. so nothing is hot, one person cooking eggs and omelette so long wait for food , good bread, needs to sort breakfast out lots of reviewers on here saying the same , washing is by item so dont boher expensive for thailand , walk around the corber and get it done for 40bht per kilo, its okish but we would not stay here again
