I only had one small issue this time around and I've been staying here for years and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. I paid the extra money to book a suite with the spa tub and unfortunately the tub was not working when I stayed. The Jets would not engage. It was late at night when I attempted to use so I didn't bother the hotel staff as there was very little they could probably do and did not want to change rooms at such a late hour. I did notify them upon checkout

As always the staff was impeccable and warm and accommodating. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting family in Albert Lea. I often recommend two family members and we book multiple rooms at a time. The hotel is great for the value in the facilities are always clean and warm and welcoming.

The only complaint I had is the carpet in the room felt a little sticky. Most likely too much shampoo when they cleaned it. Otherwise the room was great!

Comfortable beds, rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is really nice, waffles and biscuits and gravy. Cereal, boiled eggs. There was something for everyone.

Not a very good variety of breakfast choices. Really do not care for biscuits and gravy and that is what they serverd both days. Would have preferred eggs and sausage or bacon.

Close to the event we were attending. Pool was wonderful so was the hot tub. Close to stores and restaurants.

our room was a bit damp feeling-musty smell but better than too much deodorizing as some motels...surprising quiet for being so close to 90-great pool facilities

They could take more better care of the bathroom and the floor in the room. It needs more outlets that work in the room so we can charge devices.

The location is great because it is right off the interstate. Breakfast could of had more to go stuff because we had to get on the road right away in the morning.

The room was terribly dusty and did not feel or smell clean. That was very disappointing and made it hard to feel relaxed.

The ladies at the desk were very nice! The hotel was quiet and a nice temperature. The breakfast was a good mix of sweet (waffles) and savory (biscuits and gravy) options.

Highway is pretty audible front desk man tried 5 different credit cards and said all didn’t work. we used one of those cards to go to the atm across the street and paid cash but was kind of a headache

bath room needs face lift

easy to get to. comfortable. clean. safe. bath room could use a face lift but shower good. travel with dog $15 fee which is reasonable. good space to walk him around building would definitely go back

Not handicap accessible. We had upstairs rooms and my 80 year old mother with no elevator. Also, the handicap ramp in front of the building is under a parking space, not at all convenient .
