We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy single complaint was the fire alarm went off on Saturday night but only for floors 1-5. We were on the 9th floor and slept peacefully through it and heard about it the next morning from other folks staying on the lower floors. Obviously, this is concerning from a guest safety viewpoint. Fortunately, the fire department gave the all clear and guests were able to return to their room within 30 minutes. But what about us on the upper floors? Expendable?
Most everything about the hotel was very good. The service at the restaurant was slow on Sunday morning since there was only one waitress who was doing her best to take care of everyone. Location, parking, facilities are all very nice.

Great location for staying in the South Bay, right next to a very good Vietnamese restaurant and across the street from shops and a Peets coffee. Very good value for the money for Silicon Valley. Hotel a bit dated, but overall not bad. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town and want to visit my friends in the South Bay.

Chose the Juniper for the restaurant facilities, and room service (clearly stated on their website) This hotel is surrounded by busy traffic, meaning walking anywhere is difficult especially late at night. Unfortunately, staff shortages meant the restaurant was not opened until the 3rd day of our stay, forcing us to find alternative dining options.

United StatesThe only inconvenience was that I either had to be a Hilton member or pay for internet in my room. This is not necessarily unusual, but I have stayed in other hotels where wifi has been free.
Breakfast was an additional charge, but I did have breakfast one morning. I was happy with the food and the price. The staff was friendly and attentive. Housekeeping delivered towels as requested and made every effort to greet me. I really enjoyed the seating area outside of the front door.
