Very expensive for what it is. Everything feels a bit old. Access to the pool is complicated. Windows are small so my room was very dark despite being on the top floor.

The limit of people can have a breakfast. We booked the room for a family of 4, breakfast included. When we came to restaurant it appeared only maximum two people are allowed to have breakfast. So, it was always question either kids have it or parents.

My single complaint was the fire alarm went off on Saturday night but only for floors 1-5. We were on the 9th floor and slept peacefully through it and heard about it the next morning from other folks staying on the lower floors. Obviously, this is concerning from a guest safety viewpoint. Fortunately, the fire department gave the all clear and guests were able to return to their room within 30 minutes. But what about us on the upper floors? Expendable?

Most everything about the hotel was very good. The service at the restaurant was slow on Sunday morning since there was only one waitress who was doing her best to take care of everyone. Location, parking, facilities are all very nice.

A bit dated

Great location for staying in the South Bay, right next to a very good Vietnamese restaurant and across the street from shops and a Peets coffee. Very good value for the money for Silicon Valley. Hotel a bit dated, but overall not bad. Would definitely stay there again when I'm in town and want to visit my friends in the South Bay.

room seemed clean enough on check in but over the course of the 3 nights that we were there we started to notice some nastiness, mildew in shower, thick layer of dust on baseboards near the beds and behind bed side table.

Bar closes at 9. There is no shower wand, which as an european felt weird.

keys Di-magnetized everyday. we re-keyed3 rooms 15+ times. shower door didn’t close. plumbing took the water to hot and almost had to shut off to cool water. Lack of help.

Very noisy, not much sleep... Chose the Juniper for the restaurant facilities, and room service (clearly stated on their website) This hotel is surrounded by busy traffic, meaning walking anywhere is difficult especially late at night. Unfortunately, staff shortages meant the restaurant was not opened until the 3rd day of our stay, forcing us to find alternative dining options.

Very good value weekend deal for a treat. Quick check in, free Internet when signing up for Hilton points. Fresh room, good decor for tourists as well as business visitors. Large comfy beds, great bedding. Good mini coffee machine.

The only inconvenience was that I either had to be a Hilton member or pay for internet in my room. This is not necessarily unusual, but I have stayed in other hotels where wifi has been free.

Breakfast was an additional charge, but I did have breakfast one morning. I was happy with the food and the price. The staff was friendly and attentive. Housekeeping delivered towels as requested and made every effort to greet me. I really enjoyed the seating area outside of the front door.
