Our room was over the cement portico and it makes for a very ugly view. Not as bad as last year when our view was completely covered by that portico.

We were there while the hotel was accommodating a baseball tournament which I get is important business for a hotel like this - but as a result the hotel was very noisy (somewhat understandable given all the fun that was being had!), the elevator buttons on the 2nd floor were broken by a young guest, the one waffle iron was not sufficient to accommodate all of the needs of the number of young guests needing a waffle at the same time meaning long waits and, most annoyingly, the pool was out of towels both evenings we went swimming with our family (had to dry off with scavenged hand towels). Given that the occupancy impact would be well understood hopefully in the future the hotel will anticipate these needs in advance.

The check in was quick, the automatic check out much appreciated, hotel staff friendly and helpful and generally the hotel is well maintained. We would happily stay again. The location and price is right!

I didn't realize hotels no longer have regular cleaning of the occupied rooms and bathrooms. Nor do they empty the trash or vacuuming the carpet routinely during your stay. You have to bring your own bathroom cleaning supplies; tub cleaner, sanitizing wipes, toilet cleaner, toilet brush. If you want this service you have to request it when booking. Room cleaning requires prior 24 hour notice. They no longer make up the bed or give fresh towels daily. Again this requires prior 24 hour notice. They actually ran out of bath towels. I was able to go and get my own pink towels. They did get more bath towels in the next day. My guess is, this hotel has reduced it's cleaning staff. They only regularly clean rooms that have been vacated. If you are staying by yourself or are a couple, this lack of cleaning won't matter. But if you are traveling with other family or friends, as I was, then room and bathroom cleanliness is a big deal. I was able to go next door to Walmart for what I needed This no cleaning policy should be prominent in your advertising. Otherwise, guests are going to be disappointed because their expectations were not met. We stayed 3 nights and payed over $400 for the room. The value was not there for me. Rooms should cost less per night for self service cleaning.

The breakfast was good. Lots of hot and cold choices. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. I enjoyed that. Coffee, tea, cocoa available in the lobby 24h. The Location was very good. It was next to the freeway and a Walmart. It had a pool. I didn't use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it.

For a wedding stay and using the shuttle service to Cherry Creek Golf Course, we're told that shuttle driver wouldn't bring all wedding participants back to hotel at midnight (last shuttle) causing much consternation.

Accommodations and breakfast were very good. Staff was helpful.

I did have an issue with the A/C in my room which I was promptly switched. I also had an issue with the dryer while using guest laundry but was offered free service from the staff laundry.

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the stay was exceptional. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The housekeeping wasn’t quite what I expected IE not replacing towels and sheets. I don’t know if that’s the norm. Also, the rooms and hallway flooring could use a nice fresh upgrade. I believe the room was previously a smoking room, and the carpet probably has a bit of a dingy smell of old stale cig smoke. It would be super sweet with that upgrade.

Good coffee. Despite getting woken up by the fire alarm at 8 AM, the staff was quite kind, and considerate. I didn’t get to eat breakfast due to weird diet restrictions. Pretty quiet as well. Good ambiance for sure. Staff was great.

The room was too hot, the bed was horrible because a spring was worn out and you would roll out of bed if you weren’t careful, there was a hole in the carpet between the beds, the dresser drawers did not shut, the towels smelled, and there was hair and dirt in the shower.

They had no pop machines and when you went to the front desk they only had coke and it was $4.

The beds were really comfortable. It was very clean and had an amazing fresh smell when you walked in.
