The room could have been cleaned a little better. As I was wiping everything down, I found certain areas were rather dusty and the chair cushion was stained. The bathroom needs to be updated. But overall, it served the purpose that I needed for the one night I was there. One other thing: on weekends where you're raising your rates, breakfast should be included.

The check-in was simple and quick. The amenities were comfortable.

No continental breakfast, breakfast cost $14.00 person!! After paying $225 to sleep for 8hrs, it would have been nice to eat a bite before leaving!! Several friends and myself went across road and ate at chick fil a, for half the price!!

Morning breakfast lady was upset that a hungry sports team ate all the bacon and she didn't want to make more. Daytime ladies not that friendly or helpful. Bed too soft and sunk in the middle. Mold around floor of shower. Wish there was free breakfast and that there was enough food to eat when paying extra for it. Sign in room said we could not use provided disposable cups for heating drinks in microwave which was disappointing.

The gentleman for evening check was thoughtful and courteous. There is a paid buffet, evening bar, and they sell microwave foods in lobby. Location safe and convenient for sports teams competing at crossplex. There was room for school buses. Hotel seems new or recently updated. Small indoor pool and gym. Restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking and lighting outside. Tiny dog area and station with bags and trash. Adjacent parking lot has plenty of grass and treed area for pets. King rooms have shower and double queens had tub. Microwave and mini fridge in rooms. Instant coffee with pods.

The pool area had a very strong odor of marijuana that made the lobby smell as well.

The convenience. Just stayed one night passing through and it was directly off the interstate. It was in a good location as well

There was no hand soap or any facial wipes in the room. I had to fix my television; after 1 1/2 hours after calling the front desk for assistance. Night personnel wasn't very friendly. No signage for do not disturb available.

Drink stains on night table, crumbs on floor from previous guests. Housekeeping staff a tad rude. ALSO, Booking.com needs to update this property's check-out time, which I can assume was the main reason for housekeeping to be curt with me. On this site, it says 12pm. Housekeeping knocked on my door around 10:45 and then again at 11:40... At 11:40, I opened the door. The woman asked if I was checking out or staying. I said, "Check-out is at 12." She and another housekeeper I could not see said, "No, it's at 11"... While the rude tones were unnecessary, I totally understand that me leaving later may have impacted their cleaning schedule. Front desk staff was alerted to the incorrect check-out time on your site. Please help them fix this. Thanks!

I had the impression the bed linens weren’t fresh. They didn’t smell fresh.

Everyone was so friendly, i would stay there again. When I got to breakfast it was over, but the nice woman told me to take whatever I wanted, and the coffee was great!

I didn't like the fact I wasn't notified about the indoor pool being closed for maintenance especially when I asked was there pool still opened ahead of time and before any reservations were made my 4yr old grandson was very disappointed 😞 and so was I walking down to the pool then to see the noticed place on the pool door was extremely disappointing
