STAIRS LOTS OF STAIRS When I made the reservation it did not ask if there were reasons someone would need to have facilities for handicap reasons. NO WHERE TO EAT other than Thai Food, Chicken or PIZZA Broken lamp and hair dryer did not work

it’s gated all around, you need a code to enter the parking and then your card to enter the gated complex so no one can get inside. they have a pool (didn’t try it), location was amazing, quiet at night.

The in room towels were gross and dirty. Toilet had a wad of hair, toilet paper and was unflushed with poop. 🤢

The courtyard was cute and decorated well. Looked clean and one of best features was private, secure parking. Located close to everything.

Rooms require an update as they are a bit old fashioned.

Great location, right in the middle of Hollywood. Walk of Fame and Griffith Observatory are very close. Front office was very helpful and kind. Rooms were clean.

The location is perfect is very central and by car Is really close to the Chinese Theater and the Hollywood sign. The room was ok nothing too relevant, we only stay one night and we recommended it if you're going to be around Hollywood.

It was noisy(because of the location) so not ideal for light sleepers. I also found hair (straight hair) that is not mine (my hair is kinky curly) on thr bed.

The pool was a little chilly but we swam each day at 9am so the sun hadn't warmed it yet!

The room felt a little outdated and is in need of modernisation. It wasn't dirty, but it definitely felt a bit musty. The surrounding area is ok, but I wouldn't want to walk around there alone at night.

It was relatively comfortable, clean, and well-priced. Good location if you want to explore East Hollywood.

the manager was a bit rude to me, the refrigerator and the phone didn’t work, & he wasn’t able to fix it or put me in another room. & they didn’t have ice on site so I had no way of having cold drinks.

excellent location, lovely rooms with comfortable beds & lots of storage space. 24 hour security on the property, & a gate with a code to enter the parking lot made me feel safe & made me feel safe parking my car there in the busy Hollywood area.

The room was well maintained, but very dated. We do not fault the motel for this: it is just the reality of a 1950's motel in 2022. This was obviously a very nice motel back then, and management has made an effort to keep it clean. For the most part, we were just glad it was there.

I was already charged by booking.com on March 28th for the 2 nights I stayed and then upon checking in, the hotel manager said he is going to run my card again to hold 2nights worth of stay. I ended up having 2 charges in my card. Clarified with the manager upon checking out that he only placed the amount on hold (authorization) and that he will not process it the 2nd time. He told me just to call the bank so I can arrange for the 2nd charge to be reversed. Just a hassle to go through this when they could have asked for cash instead as deposit, I was willing to pay everything in cash, if needed. He told me about bogus customers booking rooms etc that’s why he had to do that (run my card for the 2nd time) til it gets cleared. I understand he wants to secure his business but I think it is unfair for paying and good standing customers like me to go through the hassle. Anyway, I’ll contact my bank once I arrive in the Philippines and hopefully, I dont need to deal with multiple calls wven to booking.com

rooms are not like the pictures in anyway. the balcony door had been nailed shut and there were big gaps in the windows so it was extremely noisy as it is on the main road. ask for a room at the back if you are a light sleeper. apparently has a new owner and they are doing up the rooms.

close to all the big attractions. beds were comfy and there is air con and heating. staff really friendly.
