My A/C unit didn’t really keep up to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, only cereal and donuts to choose from.

Nothing really bad about the property, I was shocked at the quality of the property, it was much better than I expected.

The breakfast was not expected, but there was a basic breakfast, cereal, pastries, and juice available. The rooms and internet was great. The staff did everything possible to keep us in the same room when I booked the start day. The rooms seem to be recently updated with quality amenities, USB outlets on the fixtures.

The walls are very thin, and other guests entering and exiting their rooms was very loud. It sounded like doors were slamming non stop through the night, which doesn’t make for very restful sleep.

The coffee maker was not clean. The furniture was worn. The lighting in the room was insufficient. The bathroom door did not close and it also wouldn't stay completely open. There was very little space between the wall and the side of the bed., which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the bed. The amount we were charged was higher than the amount quoted when we booked: $283.30 quoted, $286.31 charged.

The location was perfect for all of our activities. Laundry facilities were adjacent to our room. The staff was very apologetic when we reported that the freezer in our refrigerator had not been cleaned; they gave us a different room. The refrigerator in the new room was excellent.

The mattress on the bed was super firm. I have never felt one so hard.

The motel was clean and in a good location ( via interstates) to our downtown destination. There is a Q-trip across the street which was convenient for fuel, drinks and snacks.

The bed had a massive dip in the center and the person I slept with weighed more than I do (which I'm already a paltry 115 so it says little), so I kept rolling into them.

I didn't get up in time to eat breakfast. So I wasted that opportunity. When I got in, the mini lobby was already 95% shut down for the night and I didn't ask not got info about it. Easy access to the parking lot was nice. Made less hauling time easier.

Breakfast was sub par, cereal and muffins as previously stated, but honestly for the price, surprised they supplied any breakfast at all. Coffee was good.

Staff were all very professional, I feel some people may take that for rudeness, but they are very task oriented. If you get to speak with them outside of them preforming a service, they are all pleasant and friendly. Our toilet was clogged in our room (I assume from the last person) we got in around midnight, and noticed the morning after when we woke up, staff handled every single step, it wouldn't plunge, they snaked it, and ended up moving us to a different room when that didn't work. I think that's what made me notice the task orientation, instantly they jumped on it, and when it was done, they snapped to friendly. At no point was I blown off or talked down to. It was issue taken extremely seriously to solve it. At no point I felt they handled the situation wrong, they made every effort to make sure I was happy with my stay, facility was clean, and also the location was convenient, shared a parking lot with a steak and shake, and across a side road a large gas station. Location was quiet, and I only recall hearing another guest during my stay for two nights, but they were being overly loud by themselves, not a reflection of the facility. For the price and professionalism of the staff, I was overly pleased with my stay.
