It is a little bit noisy at night from time to time when with the emergency vehicles driving around, but that is expected if downtown.

The view from our room and the pool area is beautiful. The staff was super nice and helped make my husband's birthday special, as they received him with a little gift bag and personalized card. Also the room was super big.

For the price we paid the breakfast was sub par. Same thing every day, lack of fresh fruit. People at front desk were not very knowledgeable about the area; unable to give suggestions on places to eat in the area.

See above. There were stains on the carpeting in the room. I was surprised to see that.

The room was large and comfortable, but there wasn't any hand soap near the sink. It was a pain to pump the soap from the tub area. If you took a tub soak, you would have to stand up to pump the soap from the dispenser. I thought the coffee and the waffles were excellent. The location was close to my son-in-law's hotel. I showed his mother around the Twin Cities while the son was attending a conference. Mom was visiting the USA for the first time.

The pool felt a little less than exceptional. Heard other guests in the elevator warning me it wasn’t very clean and would irritate my skin/eyes.

Around 9:30 PM, a little mishap occurred in our humble abode—the toilet decided to play a prank on us and got itself clogged. But fear not! We quickly reached out for help, and to our delight, assistance arrived in a jiffy. A big shoutout to the prompt response! Now, here's the funny part: the technician showed up just when someone was enjoying a nice, relaxing shower. Talk about impeccable timing! Despite the situation, the kind-hearted helper offered to leave us a trusty plunger, which we gladly accepted. Unfortunately, our amateur plunging skills couldn't save the day. We knew it was time to call in the pros. After contacting the reception, we received word that the maintenance team had already called it a night. They offered us two options: either move to a smaller room with slightly less comfort or enjoy a $10 discount on our parking fees. With a family of four, including a 14-year-old, we decided to tough it out in our room, hoping no one would desperately need the bathroom. Worst-case scenario, there's always the public restroom on the ground floor. But guess what? After three long hours, we decided to give it one more try, and lo and behold, luck was on our side! We successfully fixed the clog and let out a triumphant cheer. We genuinely like this place, but it would have been even better if they had an emergency maintenance team on standby for situations like ours. Nonetheless, we're grateful for the quick response and the friendly service we received throughout our quirky little toilet adventure.

The location? Fantastic! It's conveniently situated and offers excitement at every turn. Breakfast? Delicious! The staff? Incredibly friendly. Security? Excellent. Rest assured, this place delivers an exceptional experience with confidence.

It was pretty dirty. The carpets are so stained. And our pull out couch was yucky. The water was freezing the whole stay for our showers and it was like pulling teeth to get clean towels and wash cloths. Also our bed sheet had a big brown spot on it you could tell it was a dirty sheet.

My husband tried to check us in but couldn’t because I was the one to make the reservation. So not a big deal but just somewhat inconvenient

Breakfast was very good I was very pleased that they Hyatt offered the type of room I needed. We had 6 people in our group and I was able to book a 2 bedroom room which also included a sleeper sofa. Size of the room was very nice and made for a very comfortable stay. Most hotels don’t offer that size of a room and I would’ve had to book 2 rooms

The Hotel was nice and staff was great. but the city is just horrible. Minneapolis was never this bad before. there was people doing drugs and sleeping on the street, hookers. not even a block from the hotel. all the stores down town you had to ask some one to get anything. we where going to go shopping down town but its dirty and unsafe we left for a better cleaner city to shop at.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was great, staff was very nice. room was a little dated but clean. was a good stay. i was happy i was able to get parking off the street as well.

A couple of ladies at the front desk was not as friendly as Angela. I had to speak to one of them several times before an acknowledgment. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Upon arrival the receptionist (Angela) was very helpful answering all of my questions. I didn’t know where to park and how to enter the hotel. Angela directed me to the garage and explained the parking situation and validating the ticket. As for the breakfast, it exceeded my expectations. The taste was above your normal continental breakfast from other hotels. The staff are extremely helpful and available for emergencies. I’m going on my sixth day and so far so good.
