Price. Although all hotels lately are pricey....so..... Oh and the bathroom door being 'opaque glass". When in a room with women who are up to use the bathroom at night, turning the lights on in the bathroom illuminates the whole room. Effectively waking most of us up.... Fold out couch could definitely use a new mattress....was not comfortable at all.

Breakfast buffet was awesome. Space in room was exceptional.

Signage/direction wasn’t very clear in parking ramp, elevator or skywalk to get to hotel lobby.

I thought the bed was uncomfortable. I woke up with my back feeling achy. Also, there was only 1 regular coffee pod and 2 decafs. Given the rooms aren't tended to daily, there was definitely not enough coffee for 2 people for 2 days. We also would have appreciated an actual dining experience, since it seems as if there is a full kitchen on site. The burgers at the bar were less than palatable, but we were truly starving. Otherwise we likely would have sent them back.

We loved the selection of breakfast items at the daily breakfast buffet.

Breakfast is repetitive and it is very easy to get board. I stayed here for 5 days and don't want to go to have the breakfast later.

It is very convenient to order food from deliveroo. The reception will keep it for you and wait until you pick it up.

The hot tub, which is one reason why I picked your hotel was broken the entire time I was there. AKA broken as in, I was told, someone had 'Peed in it' so it was getting flushed, I would guess. But, seriously, I rarely travel and was counting on the hot tub and it was a no go. Super bummer. Oh and also, is there not a way to not have Styrofoam bowls in the breakfast area. Really, those are so bad for the environment and unnecessary. Oh and my only last thing is, the recycling is not obvious. Couldn't it be sortable for you? Or does someone sort it. Really, we all have to do better.

The breakfast was great, the room was huge and the front desk staff were friendly!

Ending breakfast at 9 am on Monday seems a bit early.

Great location for our desired activities. Morning breakfast was hot and diverse, especially considering the high occupancy on Friday night. Spacious room that separates sleeping area from seating area. We appreciated the offer of new linens and glassware on second day.

They don’t have microwave in the room that’s makes the customers go downstairs to warm their food which is very hassle especially when your tired.

The facility was clean, very accessible to everyone and it’s in the heart of the city close to everything.

There was an issue with my card being charged for a different rate. The pool was always busy(it happens)

It was clean and centrally located. The set up of our room was very nice. Breakfast was very nice, but had a little bit of a wait. There was one Guest Services member who seemed to be able to handle any situation that I ran into. Chad was very helpful, professional, and kind. He was really the highlight of our stay here!

The bathroom was quite clean with the exception of the mold in the shower. We were not big fans of the coffee maker. It appears to be the usual cheap hotel coffee maker and we had to struggle to fit the prepackaged coffee packages into the coffeemaker.

We liked the size of the rooms and the layout. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was nice that there were more than enough towels in the bathroom for our use. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and convenient. There were many gathering spaces on the ground floor. The location was good as we were attending an event at the Convention Center and wanted to travel there via the Skyway.

I only had one trash bin in my hotel room, thankfully I was only staying overnight, but if it were multiple days the trash is definitely going to overflow. For the younger folk who order food online, bring snacks, it may be good to have more than just one trash bin that was only in the bathroom. The sliding door in the bathroom wasn’t aligned and I couldn’t lock it, I was a solo traveler but if I had guests then privacy in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful to get away from home and enjoy a hotel I often visit because of it’s significance.

I love the location of the hotel, close to many businesses and attractions. The layout of the interior is amazing, I also like the convenience store on the street level.
