Parking was overcrowded with cars left for shuttle service to airport. Breakfast was blahhh. Eggs were terrible!

Room was nice, offered shuttle to the Event center for the concert we were attending.

I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, staff couldn't help so I had to phone the hotel's wi-fi provider who did end up helping me by adding my device manually to their system.

I didn't like seeing a note posted at the front desk about military discount and no taxes . When I inquired the front desk manager Guy ignored me. After being checked in I brought up the issue again. I handed him my disabled veteran health care ID. He told me I didn't qualify because I wasn't active duty. The note didn't specify only was typed as military. I didn't see any bathrooms on the first floor. Their vending machine on the 3rd floor where I stayed didn't accept cash had to use debit or credit card. That vending machine were for 12oz beverages. On the first floor from the lobby the soft drink, and snacks vending machines (potato chips , crackers) and candy accepted cash . There are also vending machines across from the front desk . The breakfast area was small. I didn't see any bathrooms on the first floor. I didn't like each time I turned on the TV I heard a statement from the CEO of dish. There weren't enough in my opinion of channels. I couldn't watch the Today show a big disappointment for me . There was CBS morning and CNN in the lineup. The hall carpet had noticeable dark stains .

I like that the hotel had restaurants nearby most within walking distance from the hotel. The main reason I chose to reserve a room was that the hotel offered complimentary to/from airport 🛫 shuttle . There was complimentary breakfast. The first morning after my arrival the night before. There were dispensers with cereal ( frosted flakes, raisin bran, fruit loops). 3 types of bagels 🥯, an assortment of jelly , cream cheese. Large dispenser of iced water , milk , apple , orange juice in cooler. There were also small fruit flavored yogurt. 2 pack blueberry or chocolate chip muffins. Whole wheat bread a toaster that was really slow. There were two waffle makers but didn't see any waffle mix. Small red apples and tangerines. There was an iron board, iron in the room , dryer in the bathroom attached to the wall . Travel size soap, and shampoo. Room has a small dorm size refrigerator and small microwave. Black out drapes , able to adjust the temperature on the room a/c. Thankful there was an elevator.

I was travelling from the UK and they picked me up from right outside the airport to take me to the hotel.

The hotel quality wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the rate that I paid for it. They more than doubled the price up because there was a conference in town. The fitness center was a joke, and half the equipment didn't work.

The location was great. It was close to Robert Morris University and there were plenty of restaurants around. The rooms were decent enough.

We unfortunately had picked a night, with a staff shortage; this led to a delay in room availability, and the shuttle ride to pick us up; there was a delay as well (late evening/early morning arrival).

The room was comfortable, it was an upgrade. Due to a staff shortage issue, we stayed a bit longer at the hotel; which was much appreciated as were able to meet up with friends after were dropped off at the airport (via complimentary hotel shuttle in the afternoon). The evening manager, and staff at the front doing the check-ins when we arrived were apologetic about any delay, and all worked out well in the end. The comfort of the place did meet my expectations, just the waiting aspect was difficult after long day of travel. Very thankful, we could stay longer (included in one day stay), this was very considerate of the hotel considering our initial arrival into our room was delayed.

Traveling home from family visiting. Excellent stay at La Quinta. It was comfortable and enjoyed you're early a.m. leisure breakfast before using your shuttle to catch our morning flight from PIT to MCO. Great job!

The facilities seemed a bit rundown, like it had passed its glory days. Also, there was a shortage of electrical outlets to plug in.

I'm being very picky here, but... due to the awkward location getting in and out of parking lot can be a little tricky, so you might need to do a u-turn to be in the proper lane.

This is the second time I stayed here before an early flight out of Pittsburgh. The hotel provides a great free (gratuity not included) shuttle service to and from the airport with long term parking options cheaper than the airport if staying more than a few days. It also starts breakfast at 4am. Hotel staff is kind, accommodating, and hard working. Numerous restaurants are nearby. Strong wifi,comfy bed, good water pressure and temp for shower. Will stay again for sure during my next early flight!
