Rooms still have a funky smell from the cleaner they use. Doesnt anyone know about fabreeze?

Location to what we had to access was perfect. The breakfast was better than last time. Better room and more quiet.

The entrance to the office is a bit awkward and confusing to get to and needs some sprucing up.

The location and room were perfect. The facility is older but well maintained and clean. Very comfortable. The staff were helpful, very pleasant and professional. Loved the restaurant next door! Great food and excellent staff.

Older building with no elevators, so getting your luggage up and down can be some work if you get a room on the second floor. The bathroom tile gets precariously slick and the non slick mat provided was pretty meager so be extra careful.

Nice room for the price. The airport shuttle was super convenient for a midnight flight I came in on. Breakfast was surprisingly good, full continental with meat, eggs, dairy and grains. Friendly helpful staff.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no body gel for showering. You have to use the small soap.

I like breakfast, the room is clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants around and close distance to the freeway but it's not noisy

Room originally assigned had cracking around the tub drain that was not acceptable and the front desk staff readily assigned me to another room. The second room had a broken security lock on the door and the bathroom shower bar was not installed correctly so the curtain did not hang correctly and caused water to accumulate on the floor. Since I'd already rejected the first room, I chose to simply deal with the issues in the second one. Room maintenance is needed!

Front desk & housekeeping staff were wonderful to work with! Front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was attentive to any request. Breakfast offerings were more than expected and a nice plus.

No elevators!!! If you’re traveling, you’ll have suitcases. Maybe some people travel light but not All travelers do. I had two heavy suitcase to carry up and down the first floor (thank goodness it was just one floor)

A blanket would be good, instead of a sheet and bedspread. The turn off Biddle Road could be a challenge.

The walk-in shower was great. I didn't have to struggle with a bathtub. The tile floors were nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was really soft. If you like soft cool. I'm not a fan. But it was clean. I didn't like how squished the breakfast area got. We didn't eat. Too many people in a small area.

The convenience to the softball fields. It was clean. Coffee was good in the continental breakfast.

The breakfast was fresh and good. It was a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. The rooms are large, comfortable and have writing area, if needed. The bathroom was well-sized. There is a restaurant adjacent to the property, which was super convenient.

Noisy.

Great location if you’re flying out of Medford airport. The free shuttle was so helpful. The staff is really nice and the room was big and comfortable. Noise does travel easily; we were woken up pretty early because the guy next door was yelling at someone over the phone. We had to get up anyway but it wasn’t our favorite wake up call.

I was given the wrong room keys. to call front desk, I had the call the IT phone number on my printed reservation (nowhere on my printed reservation was the front desk number) and they kindly connected me to the front desk. a staff person kindly arrived and provided entry to my room, while I sat on the floor outside my room waiting for assistance.
