We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe room and hall had a funny smell. The comforter had stains when asked for a replacement was told there weren't anymore. When checking the dresser to place items there was someone's dirty underclothes left behind. The tv kept messing up saying no internet connection so you couldn't watch tv.

United StatesThe shower head didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower had to take a bath , I had to re clean the bath tub because it had someone’s hair on the wall n sides of tub.. The sheet had a stain on it , I know sheets can be expensive but once a sheet becomes stained or when washed a stain doesn’t come out it should be thrown away or maybe go to the homeless Clothing bins ! No sheets should be on hotel beds that’s stained and noticeable.
The property is good just a few things that need attention.

This location advertises a Continental Breakfast. The ONLY thing they had was coffee and waffles. NOTHING ELSE! No fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt JUST WAFFLES!! Needless to say this was more than unsatisfactory!

United StatesThe building was very clean. I would prefer brighter lights in the hallways and more space in the rooms. The rooms are not terrible, however, I am used to larger more spacious rooms.
The website advertised a hot breakfast. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that there was no breakfast at this facility. That was quite disappointing because breakfast is one of the reasons I chose this facility.
