Kleinkaap is also a wedding venue. During our stay there were receptions both nights with load music until about midnight. It was a bit load but not too bad. I think people should be informed of pending wedding receptions upon booking their stay. Just so that everyone is in the loop.

Great safe spot with easy access to Centurion and the surrounding Pretoria suburbs. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back.

Highly recommend this hotel , we arrived later than expected and we were accommodated with a late supper after the kitchen was closed, such helpful staff 10/10. rooms were spacious and the breakfast great. definitely my hotel of choice when travelling to JHB

Overall the stay was great. There were two African Grey Parrots kept in an enclosure on the grounds. While they are in good health, it would be nice to see the existence of some enrichment in the way of wooden toys/blocks/ropes for them since they're highly intelligent and need stimulation.

The check-in process was smooth, the members of staff very friendly and responsive to our queries/requests. We ordered a picnic in their gardens and it was delicious. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated with antique furniture and white linen.

The fact that there is no doors or even stable doors between the bathroom and room. There was nothing except soccer to watch on the TV

Gorgeous building and garden. Very posh setting. Bed was comfortable and huge rooms. The bathroom was beautiful and they provided bath tub natural scents, which gives that special touch. The breakfast is unreal with loads of fresh fruit, biltong, cheese and breads. Cooked breakfast also available. Aircon was ok...I would have liked it colder.

The breakfast buffet was superb! A very wide variety, fresh and everything one could wish for. The gardens and outside setting in the heart of a city is quite exceptional - tranquil and relaxing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who went out of their way to go the extra mile in more than one way, is more than anything else the reason why I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Indoor seating areas for guests limited. I was asked to leave a lounge because the hotel had rented it out to a group. The only other Indoor area available was limited seating in Reception . The area was essentially a through route for staff and clients so it was not very restful or private.

The leaf-blower was really noisy early every morning. Breakfast is nice but a lot of the fresh fruit might have been better prepared.

The gardener was very noisy with his leaf collector right in front of my window on both days. The breakfast table looks good with all the fresh fruits but it is quite a schlepp to peal and eat

The plugs are a bit far from the bed, so it makes it difficult to charge your phone and have an alarm set on your phone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower was good.
