Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ZimbabweWe didn’t have water for a few hours on one of the days which meant no showering, flushing toilets, washing hands etc. The aircons are dated and need maintenance done as they can be very loud. The rooms are not sound proofed at all, I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me. The bed linen was too small for the bed- I couldn’t cover my toes and my shoulders with the duvet, the bottom sheet wouldn’t stay tucked in not matter how hard I tried.
It’s right next to Gallagher convention centre which is perfect as that was our main aim for staying there. It’s a perfect little business hotel.

United KingdomOur room overlooked the parking lot and it was a bit noisy - we could also hear the plumbing from the other rooms when showers/toulets were used. It's well situated for Gallagher but, this being Midrand, it's not the best of areas.
The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was good value for money. There is also a lovely reception area.

ChinaIf there are some hooks in the toilet that can hang clothes, it would be even better.
The place is very good. It's very easy to find, and it's very close to the Gallagher Convention Center. I spent 5 days in this hotel. The services the waiter and waitress provided are excellent. They're very professtional and enthusiastic.
