The hotel is also very near to the bus and metro station. In addition, it takes only a 15 minutes walk to get to the center of Seville. There is a supermarket literaly across the street. That makes things easy aswell. It takes too long to describe every facility in details. Lets just say the hotel was just great! Highly recommended.”

They helped us to find another parking and were wonderful in all other situations when we asked them about the sights and activities in Sevilla. Towels were really nice and clean and even the beds are comfy. Everything was in order! Our best stay in Spain so far as agreed by my friends. The best part is that there is an elevator so we don't have to carry our heavy luggages up the stairs! Fully equipped apartment so it does feel like home. “I don't normally write reviews but had to for this place. What makes this place so special is the staff. Frederico, Marta, Cecilio are the perfect team. You enter this place as strangers and leave as friends. They go above and beyond the call of duty and literally nothing is too much trouble. They have the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. I have stayed in many places all over the world but these guy's top the list for service, way above any 5 star hotels i have stayed in. The accommodation itself is modern, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent to explore Seville with everything on your doorstep. When we arrived (by car) Frederico was waiting outside to greet us. They helped with our luggage and arranged for our car to be parked as due to the height (roof box) we couldn't park in any of the underground car parks in Seville. We were then given a map and all the info we needed to explore Seville once we were settled in. During our stay i mentioned that i needed to buy some gaffer tape to repair something on the car which Frederico said he would look into. The next day he had got me the tape and wouldn't accept any money! We were offered sterilising equipment for our baby a cot and anything else we may need. Our dogs were warmly welcomed and loved Marta particularly! I can honestly say that i will always stay here when i am in Seville and would not even consider staying anywhere else. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be doing so to all my friends and family. 7* service which will take a lot to beat!”

“There is a lovely bar/restaurant right underneath serving the best tapas and plates. Open the blackout curtains and the room is a nice suntrap and was lovely to sit with the balcony doors open in the sun for an hour in the middle of the day before venturing back out for the afternoon. Very clean comfortable room and a pleasure to go back to. Within walking distance of everything. I would definitely recommend this property, we stayed in the white room.”
