Available for the first time a fully self-contained duplex apartment in this popular coastal village, finished to the highest specification with panoramic sea views from both the bedroom, living areas and balcony.
I moved to Cornwall 15 years ago and love it! My passions are photography, interior design, tennis and walking the wonderful coast path! I am lucky enough to live in the coastal village of Perranuthnoe and in 2020 created a luxury fully self-contained duplex apartment in a separate wing of my house. I will be available throughout a guests stay
An exceptional coastal village with award winning pub (20 yds from house) and two cafes, one on the beachfront. A short stroll takes you down to the beach which offers lifeguard cover during the main season. In easy reach of Marazion and St Michael's Mount, the South West coast path and other West Cornwall attractions such at The Minack theatre. Parking available off road for one car and if using public transport a bus stop is some 20 yards away at the end of the road. The mainline railway station lies 6 miles south in Penzance.
