A lovely modern caravan. Very clean and a lovely touch of having biscuits on our arrival. Location was great. Laura and Josh communicated well before our stay, and we will definitely be recommending!

Have a memorable holiday with the whole family in this luxury holiday home situated on 'Seven Bays Park' Near to the beautiful picturesque harbour town of Padstow. This makes a great base to soak up everything Cornwall has to offer including 7 local beaches. It is perfect for families or couples and has a modern stylish interior that makes a perfect summer holiday or short break Furnished Decking that gets the afternoon sun, free Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are also included This holiday home offers contemporary stylish accommodation with a delightful open plan kitchen/dining room/living room. The kitchen is well equipped with wall and base units that includes a grill, oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, built in full height fridge freezer and soft close doors. A dining area that has a modern dining table with two extra seats to enable you to seat six people. The main bedroom is beautiful and features a memory foam mattress, large dressing table with stool, built in wardrobe, Widescreen TV, and en suite WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe. The third bedroom also has two single beds and built in wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with large walk in shower, heated towel rail, light with shaver point, and mirrored cupboard for storage as well as storage under the sink. Sit back and relax on the attached south facing decking soaking up the sun until sun set. This unique holiday home is located in the heart of the holiday park, with a short walk to reception, the laundrette, the bar, the restaurant and benefits from two car parking spaces. Also on site is a sports bar, tennis court and children play area St Merryn has coined the phrase '7 bays for 7 days' due to its proximity to 7 of North Cornwall's finest sandy and surfing beaches. These beaches are Trevone, Treyarnon, Constantine, Harlyn, Booby's Bay, Porthcothan and Mother Iveys which we highly recommend visiting
