Newly refurbished, light and airy two bedroom, first floor apartment in the sought after Penge area. Comprising of fitted kitchen, separate living/dining room. Good sized double bedroom. Contemporary bathroom with shower above bath. Complete with wood laminate throughout. 8 minute walk from the famous Crystal Palace Park, with amazing views, children’s play area, café and much to see. Fantastic transport links into Central London. Local Train Stations: Penge West - 8 min Penge East - 5 min
