Beautiful spacious modern 2 bedroom appt, with lounge, and conservatory. First bedroom provides king size bed whilst second bedroom has the option of a king size or twin beds. Bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher,Coffee Machine.conservatory, garden with patio and garden furniture. Free parking for 2 cars. All furnished to a high quality. We are situated In Lanner within walking distance there are 2 Pubs, there is a Petrol Station, a local shop and a Garden centre with a lovely Cafe
Lovely walks, Carn Marth and The Great Flat Lode can both be accessed by foot from the property. There are 2 pubs in the village, Petrol Station and a lovely Cafe at the Local Garden centre in the village too Beaches are Ten minutes to the North Coast (portreath) by Car and 15 to the South Coast (Falmouth). There is a bus stop a minute walk from the property that goes to Falmouth or Redruth
