The house was much bigger than I thought and it has a great sized yard for the kids. It is in a great location, very close to town. There's everything you need in a house, except for a travel cot, high chair and anything else for young toddlers. You will need to bring these items if you need them.

Within a few minutes walk to: train station, shops, cafes, pubs, cycle hire, open forest, cycle tracks and forest walking trails. Traditional 1924 forest house, full of original character features and freshly renovated. Five double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, large communal area and kitchen. Parking for four cars. Large garden, two patios, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs and table tennis table. Sheets and towels provided, bring your beach towels. NO single sex groups hen or stag parties.

Fantastic holiday location as you can walk to pubs cafes and restaurants. Also in walking distance to a well stocked Tesco Express chemist GP surgery and bike hire facility. In the heart of the forest so seconds from the New Forest with its meandering cycle and walking paths. Minutes from station which has direct access to London Winchester and so on. Tourist attractions such as Beaulieu Abbey and Museum the New Forest Museum Lymington with its quaint cobbled street and the Sea are all in a few miles cycle ride. Park on drive and keep all gates shut to stop ponies accessing the garden. Train station is a two minute walk away direct access to London. Cycle hire in Brockenhurst village. Several amenities such as shops pubs cafes in walking distance all safe walking on pavements. Lovely cycle rides through the forest for pub lunches etc.
