The management of this property is made by Oceanfascination, Lda. We are primarily expertise in decoration and interior design and have developed since 2016 the activity of short renting and related touristic services. My name is Vasco Durão and I'm an Electric Engineer that works from 2016 with my wife Sofia, that is an Interior Designer. We work in touristic activities since 2016 as short renting, hotel renovations and related services. We love to travel and we had the recent opportunity to have been in different countries and continents, like in the United States of America, Brasil, Bali, all of Europe, Istanbul, Morocco, South Africa, Maldives Islands, Macau and Hong Kong, Uruguay (Punta del Leste) and so on. From that experience we know what is the value of a great stay, accommodation and support when we are travelling around the world. My favorite hobbies are surfing and tennis. About surfing I'm a huge fan of the sport and I can give great tips for the best spots and conditions for surfing, my favorite spots are Guincho, the Estoril Coast, Ericeira and Peniche. I was a international rugby player for the portuguese team and played for the Cascais team for many years.

This apartment has one of best locations in the Cascais area, minutes from both the Casino do Estoril and the beach. Also within walking proximity is the train station where a direct service to Lisbon runs taking only 30 minutes (24 min by Uber). It also benefits from both indoor and outdoor parking, there is also fast WIFI and a multi-lingual TV. This apartment has 2 en suite large bedrooms. The full marble bathrooms consist of walk in showers and a luxurious double sink. The vast open plan living area has over 20ft ceiling height allowing sunshine to pour in. With a fully stocked kitchen featuring top of the range oven and appliances, guests can feel at home if preparing meals on site. Through the quaint private garden, furnished with a day bed, hammock and seating area, you step onto the pool area. 3 comfy sun loungers are provided and you can relax amongst the palm trees.

Restaurants where you can eat the best grilled fish, bars where you can have a drink and cafes, all overlooking the golden sand beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Complete mobility options like bus, rail train, taxis, bike sharing. Very good access by car with public parking available in front of the apartment. A 5-10 minute walk from supermarkets, Jumbo and Pingo Doce, A 10-minute drive from CascaisShopping. Connection to Lisbon Metro at Cais Sodré, last station of the Cascais railway line. We will provide tourist guides and maps with our suggestions of the main places, monuments and beaches to visit and all existing activities. The romantic village of Sintra with a slightly cooler climate is a very special place and has many reasons to visit. Fairytail Palaces in the mystical hills are just 30 minutes away.
