Very clean, great location, some views are breathtaking. There's a park on one side of hotel where lots of people hang out at night. Even on 4th floor it was clearly audible.

Minor suggestion that no hooks inside bath room to hold clothes

The room and service is excellent. We will recommend to friends. Location is so close to old town with a shopping mall next door and parking is just under the hotel.

We didn't take breakfast since we found a price really high, especially in comparison to prices we found in nearby coffee houses.

Location is excellent, staff very nice, room comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. American bar on the top floor is a nice place to relax in the evening.

Our car was parked in the hotel's designated parking lot. A Mercedes Benz ran into our car when it was parked. We stayed on the spot and went to the hotel with photos and car numbers. The hotel staff told us that we had to find the parking lot by ourselves. The car park staff told us that the Mercedes is the owner of the hotel. In the end the boss came late and made no apology, just thought it was okay. When he moved his car, there was a deep mark on my car. We are going to continue the trip, and we can only consider ourselves unlucky.

we did not get the rooms with the king beds as we selected while booking. even though we have highlighted this to the receptionist. we got the double twin beds instead. it was not comfortable for the kids. as i had 3 children under the age of 10 who shared the bed. also, the rooms were not cleaned everyday the way they should have been. the empty tissue boxes were not replaced. the floor was not cleaned or mopped. only the used towels were replaced and the trash bins were cleared.

great location. it is near the old town, the river and the center. There is a small shopping mall on the left and a small playground on the right. there is a parking underground that has an entrance to the hotel and you can get a discounted price if you stay in the hotel. the rooms are fine with a modern touch.

We had room 324 just above a trash bottle collection point in the city, as above the gate well truck deliveries to the hotel. Big noise started at 6 AM even Saturday morning

Cleanliness and not smelling of damp and tobacco as our last hotel did! Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds too. Plenty of options to choose from at breakfast. Being in the hub of town was a perfect location with the added benefit of parking.
