“The hotel's location is ideal for sightseeing. The breakfast was good. Coffee and tea were available in the room and replenished regularly. L'Occitane toiletries were provided, and the room was serviced daily.”
“Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had requested a room on one of the upper floors beforehand, so they gave us one on the 18th level with a grandiose view of the entire city (see photo). Also, when our car broke down in the garage under the hotel after checkout, they helped us with our bulky luggage and let us recharge our cell phones in the lobby.
The room (a "biggy") was spacy enough for our stay of just over a week and had a sofa and an armchair as well as a very comfortable bed.”
