“Arrived to find my travel credit card declined and other cards unable to be used as we had not OK'd overseas transactions. The young man on the desk was patient, did everything possible to help, and ultimately the problem with my bank was resolved. This all happened at midnight! Well done Sandman front desk on Tuesday 14 May.”

“Great location in the distillery district. Great value for money. The only issue was that we had to move rooms from 927 after the first night at it was right next to the lift and was really loud so it kept us awake. Once we moved rooms it was absolutely fine. Staff were very polite and helpful.”
