    “Very modern and well equipped! The room is a bit smaller than I thought, convenient locations just opposite the mall and the train station is right outside the hotel. Our hotel room had windows to see the street and city view but I think the window was a bit too dirty to enjoy it. Overall great location.”

    “It's a decent property, not very high occupancy, staff also seems on the lower side, had only breakfast, spread was predominantly Asian/ Chinese Although weather in Hangzhou is good , the rooms were stuffy, no ventilation and the airconditioning seems dated or the hotel tries to cut cost, inspite of setting the thermostat at 20 degrees middle of the night the room becomes intolerable hot and then you reset the thermostat , also a lot of noise from inside the AC vent , not so if something was loose or was a rat, Outside the hotel there is a good Indian restaurant and a McDonald's outlet in the same complex, which takes away the eating woes especially for Indians. Was an ok stay, could have a lot more better”

    “1. The breakfast range is unbelievable for the price it is. The lady at the noodle bar simply loves life! She greets everyone with such warmth that brightens up our day every morning we walk in. 2. The hotel is spotlessly clean. 3. The bed is super comfortable. 4. The hotel drying machine is excellent. It dries clothes without the wet hot feel. 5. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Hangzhou East Railway Station, which is a gigantic train station that you can take bullet train to different cities, and a subway station that you can take to get to other parts of the city. 6. Front desk is 24 hour, and always there to help if you need anything. Service is excellent. 7. There's a children's play space right next to the hotel, so if you have children under 10, it's a great place to let them get the energies out as it can be quite difficult to find play areas for children in city center.”

    “It was a clean excellent hotel and is a full Non-smoking property so there is no residual smoke smell anywhere. Facilities are also good and well worth the rates we paid. Another very good aspect for Indian travellers is that there is an Indian restaurant just adjacent to the property so Indian travellers will be able to get Indian food in China which is otherwise quite difficult to get or you have to go far. Overall a great property.”
