Good location, reasonable price. The breakfast included was pretty good, too. I eat plant based (so that can sometimes be challenging with eating away from home) but I was able to find some good options at the breakfast buffet to be satisfied.

Fantastic experience with you and your team, beautiful situation, our room on the 12th floor gave an amazing view over the peace park. The choice of food in the restaurant was enormous. The staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

Lake Villa Kawaguchiko

This was my 3rd time there and it still my first choice to stay while in Kawaguchiko. Hiro San, the owner, also the other staffs were very friendly and helpful. It took me about 5-10 mins walk from my villa to the lake.

There is only one bathroom in the villa and the floor was quite cold during that time but it was not a big deal for us, still happy to go there.

The communication with the owner was always super fast and simple. The apartment is big and is perfectly located between 2 metro stations. You can easily go to anywhere in Osaka. Also thanks for the late check-out.

The location is amazing, especially during Sakura season. The hotel is nice and cute. It is quite clean. Don’t have to do the dishes.

- Staff changes all the time and boys are quite impolite. - stairs to go up are steep so either let your suitcase down or try but dangerous, - people downstairs in the common area are dirty and sleeping there?
