    “Excellent location that was walking distance from train station and to the old town area. The staff were some of the best we had encountered. Special thank you to Anna - the best check in we have ever encountered. We were a little early and were given an upgrade, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and over the city. The room was spacious, very clean with comfortable bed, good bathroom and amenities and importantly fast wifi. There is a fitness room as well as a sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again. Nice way to end our travels in Austria.”

    “Excellent location, the hotel is within walking distance of all Innsbruck's tourist attractions. The breakfast is very good, and the hotel is connected to a public underground parking lot, so you can use it for 17 euros per day.”

    “The room was spacious with an enormous bathroom and separate toilet- wow. It was very comfortable and clean. It had several opening windows which meant we were able to keep cool at night. The receptionist on checking out was lovely- really helpful and chatty. The hotel was very near to Hall in Tirol which is lovely - so very easy to drive into.”

    “The hotel reception area and restaurant are lovely - very traditional Tirolean. We had a standard double room that had an extra space for sitting - lovely. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and the service was super. We had a view of the lake and the mountains which was fabulous.”

The included dinner was excellent- very filling with a really good choice of meals on the menu. Breakfast was also excellent, again a big spread with lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and the service very good.”
