  • “The hotel is in a great location, across the train station. People comment that the area is unsafe but it has nothing to do with the hotel, nowhere is safe in Marseille. :) There is a Carrefour just near the hotel. It is close to the train station where airport buses depart and the town center. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Ms. Buket who helped us a lot.”

  • “Absolutely everything, from welcoming shuttle until clean and nice room.”

    “Staff”

  • “Beautiful outdoor space with full dining table. Apartment was clean and had everything needed. Hot tub was clean and gardens were immaculate.”

  • “The location is right in the heart of Vieux Port, with two different public parking garages just a 2-5 minute walk away (costing 20-35 EUR per night). The rooms are very clean, beautifully designed, and offer a magnificent view of the old port if you book with ocean view (see photo). The bathroom is exceptionally designed and impeccably clean with nice products of l’Occitane. The bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We would definitely book it again.”

“We have walked past this hotel many times over a number of years and the location is perfect for exploring the best of Aix. The entrance foyer is the most attractive thing about this otherwise forgettable hotel.”
