  • Jaye's Homestay Review score: 10

“Jay's homestay was an absolute gem! The room boasted a panoramic view of Kandy that left us in awe, it was spotless, and had everything we needed. Jay's fluency in English fostered enriching conversations about Sri Lanka, allowing us to learn and discover many fascinating aspects of the country. He was incredibly helpful and polite, making our stay even better. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious.”

  • Villa Olde Ceylon Review score: 9

“Very nice place, beautifly decorated, comfortable, not far from the city. Owner is kind and humble and prepared to help you with everythig! He arranged for us tuk-tuk driver ( the funniest driver in Sri Lanka) who took us to all the places in Kandy and drived us the whole day - we had the best time!”

  • Resort Beam Review score: 10

“We liked everything at Resort Beam. The hostess is such a lovely lady, and her husband is also the nicest man. They helped us with super helpful tips and offered us reasonably priced tours without pushing at all. We got such familiar and kind vibes from them and they were amazing to talk to. The breakfast was lovely. The location was on a hill (which is lovely because you can escape the city chaos), but keep that in mind if you decide to walk. It's surely not impossible if you're a tiny bit fit, but you will for sure sweat a lot.”

  • Hanthana House Review score: 10

“This is an incredible place - truly magical. It’s in a beautiful location with stunning views and a feeling of t true peace. It’s amazingly clean and spacious, and the staff are so kind, welcoming and attentive. The food the family cook you is delicious and full of love. I told them my allergies and they catered for them with no problem. It was glorious to wake up to the sound of birdsong and I feel so blessed to have experienced this special place. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the hills.”
