“The location was amazing, to be able to watch the elephants from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh omelette and pancakes for breakfast was lovely. Using WhatsApp as a way of communication worked well and Andrew was very helpful arranging local trips. We didn't want to go far as we'd miss the elephants!”
