  • “What a beautiful hotel! As travellers from Australia, the staff were so accommodating with the language barrier, and were so warm and welcoming. The buffet was absolutely incredible, facilities perfect, games room for our 6 year old, even a shop! The candy station was also a big hit! Definitely would reccomend!”

  • “Hotel provides a soft and a hard pillow based on individual preference.”

  • Hotel GrandBach Sendai Review score: 10

“Everything was just exceptional! The beautiful entrance/lobby. The rooms were clean and really wide. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. And the public bath on the top floor is a nice addition we appreciated. It's very close to the station yet the hotel is in a more quiet area which we preferred. It takes only about 15 minutes by foot to go to the suburban area for food and drinks. Definitely a recommendation for everyone.”

  • “The staff was incredibly friendly, with lots of patience for my limited Japanese, with a nice atmosphere the entire time. The room itself has everything you need to relax and prepare for the next day, so I would definitely stay here again ^^”

  • Mogamiya Ryokan Review score: 7

“Great Ryokan as it was authentic old wooden building attached to other buildings which was a maze to reach the dining room and onsen”
