The room wasn't pokey, and there was room for two large suitcases and fresh air from the window including air-conditioning. The private shower was also great. Free washing machines. Not far from the station and a nice peaceful neighbourhood close to Osaka castle with restaurants walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

And it's good that the bathroom and the toilet are separated. They even provide hot drinks for travelers in their spacious lobby to sit and relax, and they also have a little garden area outside (on the 9/F) which I appreciate. 8/F is already a food court that has lots of restaurants - really convenient for rainy days!”
