  • Jazepuri - Jaze 1 Review score: 10

“Jazepuri is a real home from home and we were made to feel most welcome. Zek the owner was extremely friendly and helpful - his advice re trips, transport and places to eat was spot on. We loved the comfortable bed - the best so far and the air conditioning and ceiling fan keep the room very cool. We had use of the well equipped kitchen and really appreciated the instant hot & chilled water filter machine. Zek provided tea & coffee and was very obliging letting us leave our bags after checkout. Jazepuri is in a lovely friendly residential neighbourhood only a short walk away from the Sanpan river boat crossing to the city.”

  • Merdeka Guest House 2 Review score: 9

“A homey feel as it is located among the kampung houses. A few minutes walk to the riverside to take a boat across to the famous Kuching waterfront.”

  • “The self check-in was easy and comfy. There are a lot of informations about tours to the Nationalparks. The chill out area is big. Free water”

  • Mulu D cave homestay Review score: 10

“U get exactly what they advertising. A very basic cheap Homestay, which is exactly like the pictures. But what makes this place so amazing are the owners. They really want to help u and ensure that you have a good time. The breakfast is really good and when you go for the selfcooked Dinner it will also not dissepoint in the slightest. They can also organize Tours for you with a Guide which enables you to go to caves with a very small group which was great. All in all if you looking for a basic but heartwarming great Homestay this is the one!”

“Hôtel with a historical decoration really beautiful. The view on the waterfront and its location are really nice. I would recommend it if you want to benefit from the old city charm by night and like historical atmosphere”

  • Mulu Village Review score: 9

“The owners were great, the rooms were basic but clean and comfy. Location was nice, still walkable to park HQ if needed but owners would organize lifts for you. Very easy stay, I could organize my time in Mulu with help from James and Brenda.”

  • Nanga Damai Homestay Review score: 10

“Nanga Damai is the perfect spot for exploring the Santubong National Park and surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our five nights of relaxation, hiking, swimming and sampling the delights the area has to offer. The owners and their staff do everything possible to make your stay as memorable as possible and we appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so very special. 🙏🏼 We found the bed most comfortable and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast table was set every morning with eggs, fruit, yogurt, delicious sourdough bread and homemade preserves. Coffee was also great and they have a hot & chilled water dispenser. Nanga Damai was the best place we stayed on our month long trip - a true sample of exceptional hospitality. Thank you.”
