  • Hotel Garden Review score: 8

“Beautiful hotel and clean. Scenic aspect looks amazing.”

  • Hotel Villa Sermolli Review score: 10

“Very nice people, the villa itself is very impressive. The give really their best to make your stay very comfortable. They even pick you up with an electric cart at your car (which you have to park at the street) Great food and the view from the terrace (breakfast and dinner) was just awesome!”

  • Turin City Centre Review score: 10

    “Bears to city & station”

  • Convento San Bartolomeo Review score: 6

“Beautifully restored building, full of history with great views from the garden. Great hot tub and a heated pool. The place could easily deserve a 10 but we cannot rate it that high due to the following reasons: (we had to put some negatives in the positive section, due to booking space limitations) 1. We stayed for 2 nights and traveled with two small dogs. Initially, we booked a suite but were informed that dogs are not allowed in it and we can either change our reservation by booking a double room or leave the dogs at home. Prior to changing our booking we asked if the dogs are allowed everywhere on the property (e.g. next to swimming pool / in restaurant). We received a feedback that they „allow dogs everywhere except in the suite and single bedrooms”. We also got an oral confirmation during check-in that dogs were, indeed, allowed everywhere. On the first day we enjoyed the swimming pool area with the dogs and everything was fine (we are responsible people, the dogs were on a leash, they were not running wild). However, on the second day in the afternoon, out of the blue the owner pointed out that the dogs cannot be in the swimming pool area and they are only allowed in the garden. This was completely contradictory to the previous communication we have had. Had we been informed that dogs were not allowed everywhere, we wouldn’t have booked in the first place. We pointed it out and after some discussion, the owner „allowed” our dogs to stay in the pool area. Nevertheless, it has spoiled our mood and left a bad taste in our mouth until we checked out. The owner apologized for this „misunderstanding” during the dinner and offered a complimentary bottle of wine. Nice gesture, yet too little, too late.”

  • “Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast selection, friendly staff. Excellent location for visiting the Salone del Libro.”

  • Grand Hotel di Parma Review score: 5

“Location was the only thing that was worthwhile.”

  • Hotel Minerva Review score: 8

“Location was ideal and enabled us to easily walk to the centre. Rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good”

  • L'Aia Country Holidays Review score: 10

“I was immediately struck by the beautiful old style house and olive farm with 500 trees. L'Aia has a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts were amazing but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The family, who runs this accommodation, is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a toddler and a dog and lots of luggage and this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 2 weeks we were in Tuscany.”

  • Hotel Alma Domus Review score: 7

“Location - once you find the place it’s in a good location but we found it hard to find, bus drivers from the main station were not helpful either.”

  • “Beautiful views and comfy rooms. Good breakfast”
