I'd suggest improving the dinner buffer at the beach grill restaurant as it was underwhelming and not up to the expected standard. Other restaurants were great though. Also, it would be more enjoyable if the pools were cooler.

Everything was great! The hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are modern with great air-conditioning. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options to choose from. The beach and pools were great. Staff are the best part as they always wanted to make sure their guests are having their best holiday. 10/10

I felt the Teens retreat was a little abandoned and could do with some maintenance and attention.

The all-inclusive package was very handy for our young family. It gave us freedom at meal times of what, where, when, and how we ate, especially with little people. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our ground floor connecting rooms were particularly appreciated with little people due to their very close proximity to the pool and restaurants.

Nothing really. If I had to pick one thing, it is out of the way from patong beach etc so it is a hike to get there if you wanted to experience that. But that’s why we chose it in the first place

I can not flaw it.

What’s not to like. This place has the lot and is a short 250 Baht ride to town. Private beach, activities, spa, multiple pools, multiple restaurants, cooking classes where do I stop. Best place I have ever stayed and I’ve had a lot of hotel nights.

I asked the check in lady about the food and halal options since we opted for all inclusive . I was shokced when she told me that halal options are not availabe . they order halal products but prepairing and everything is not halal she said marriott is international chain and halal hence is not a priority !!! and BTW her attitude was not appreciated at all regarding our inquiry she sounded mocking ! For improvements i suggest : 1- educating all staff about halal food and different type of hotel guests ( muslims / kosher .. etc ) 2- i noticed no lifegurd in any pool 3- having bar / services / steward at the provate pool access area as we had to head to the nearest pool to get anything ! 4- temprature at the gym need to be controlled as its freezing in there . 5- washroom around the hotel need continues cleaning as i tried different facilities during different hours and they were usually dirty . 6- reception staff needs alot of training .

The hotel is clean , quiet all around . All inclusive package included different restaurents , coffee shop , waffel ice cream cafe , the bars and much more . The hotel have something for everyone wether you are kid , teenage , older in age . Everyone can enjoy . Definitely recommended! The location is great. The food was perfect. Most importantly if you want to order drinks or food, you dont need to spend high prices! I would say it is even cheaper than outside. So we will visit this place again!

The crib we ordered had a mattress smaller than it. My son had to sleep with us.

The rooms we had did not accommodate for our family. We had to have a z bed for 1 member of our family which for what we paid was not great. The beach was not great. As a coral beach, you could not enter the sea without rubber shoes. As long as you know this and come prepared then that's fine.

The hotel itself was wonderful. The staff, the food, the pools, the activities were all amazing. My kids aged 10, 12 and 15 LOVED this place as it was safe for them to just get on with stuff themselves, it gave them the freedom they wanted. We went all inclusive and I think this really helped us with the ability to eat when you want, eat what you want and try new foods... plus the sweet hut, ice cream huts etc were all a nice touch for the kids !! The 'teen room' was an absolute hit ... great idea! The gym was very modern, clean and had wonderful equipment.
