Fix issues before guests arrive, by my conversation with the staff they knew about the issue but didn't take the time to look into it or deal with it sufficiently before renting out the room. It didn't take too long to fix the issue which could have been completed before our arrival.

Breakfast was ok, the option of cinnamon roll waffles was a nice gesture and the coffee was not the worst that I ever had.

Breakfast was disappointing. Very little choice and closed at 9am. No safe in room and door left wide open on first cleaning day - rooms only cleaned every other day. Second cleaning day not sure why they bothered as much of the work do e very shoddily and empty tissue box left on wash basin rather than replaced. Third cleaning day they didn't even try and I had to complain before the manager himself came and cleaned the room as it should be. Bed was so high we had to go out and buy a step stool - you need to be at least 5ft 8in to get on the bed comfortably. No towel rails When I complained about our room door being left open, the girl on the reception took no responsibility

the bathroom was very dirty in the room. there was no soap of any kinda and the air conditioning did not work. the beds were also uncomfortable, making the evening incredibly hot and uncomfortable. there was also trash all over the back yard.

The pool water was cold for it being an indoor pool. The shower in the one room did not work there were cabnits missing and the one room had a hole in the wall.

The rooms were right across from eachother. Food places close by

There was only one thing I had a problem with: Bathroom sinks drain very slow

Never anyone at the desk. Food was awful.muffins,bagels hard as a rock.given a handicap room and shower was broken. No tissues in bathroom. With taxes price was 150. Outrageos. Generally Shabby.

Staff. Lady at front desk was rude, intrusive, accusatory and borderline harassing. She insisted we had more occupants in our room than we specified, when in fact we only had visitors to our room. She “confirmed” this to herself by watching us go from our car to our room on camera during our stay. Very unnerving.

absolutely filthy. saw a large cockroach, dead fly and a few mosquitos in the room. there was a hole in the wall, towels that had stains, old jello left in the refrigerator.

There were 4 of us on the reservation and when we got to our room at 10:30pm, there were 2 towels and 2 washcloths. We had to go back downstairs to get more towels. Every night we had to go get our towels due to none being left during the day. The room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed there. The carpets in the hallway and the room were pretty dirty. The sheets looked clean and the bed slept good.

Staff was rude when we shared that upon returning to the room it had a strong odor. It was so strong we had to keep the window and door open to make it remotely comfortable. All of us staying at the hotel had musty moist rooms.

Pool closed at 9pm which was when I was getting there from work, don't start serving breakfast until 7am which is to late for people who have to leave for work before that. Employee - owners park in loading area so can't unload or load your car when it's raining.

There were a few little things that I noticed. Hair on the tub and picture in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Nothing I couldn’t live with.it looked pretty newly remodeled/updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cost!

Everything!!! Hair was in my bed , No accommodations for the non-pork eaters , The cable was down and wen I asked him about it , he said he would call the company, mind you I payed for two nights and I really feel he didn’t call anyone so I had to stay without a tv for two nights because refunds take to long to get back , so I jus had to deal wit it cause funds was low 💯💯💯Photos show what the room looked like when I got der💯💯💯

I have no negative comment about this location as I have stayed their about times this summer. The price per night is fair, great location as most of the stores are walking distance. Moreover,I am coming from Delaware visiting Syracuse was great place to stay.

The breakfast was good and staff at this facility were very friendly and helpful.

The linings are dirty, it seems they have trouble to get rid of the hair, we saw hair on both queen beds, the front desk boy helped us to Change them , but there are still hair on the new ones. I understand they may suffer from the workers shortage, but I can’t stand a dirty bedding.

The stuff is nice, the front fest boy is very patient.

We had planned to sleep in the next day cause we arrive so late but the cleaning ladies walked into our room in the morning without knocking and when they saw us finally I said sorry and ran out but still you need to knock on the door before you come in to a room
