rooms are outdated decor. bathrooms very small, tub and toilet jammed into a small closet... breakfast was basic items and did not change at all the two days we stayed. Waffles, some kind of cooked eggs, sausage patties, yogurt, some prepackaged muffins, packs of instant oatmeal, bagels, bread, cereal, coffee, and juices.

The price of the room I was able to book on booking.com. The location was convenient, there is a lot of stores and restaurants with in a 20 min range.

Small double bed room. Small room tv. bathroom is extremely small. phone cord was cut. Elevator was freezing cold.

Friendly staff. Close proximity to Robinson Town Center. Close to Robert Morris University and Pittsburgh International Airport. Great location to restaurants. 25 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Don't expect more from it on this one or you'll be disappointed! The Hotel was very full and as other reviews have said there is not enough parking. Adjoining businesses are very clear that you will be towed. Be certain to get a spot early. I'm not used to not having a refrigerator in the room. They could also use some more light in the hallways.

I have stayed at a wide range of hotels, I think the price, review/scores, and rating are pretty accurate on this one (especially the customer reviews). The front desk greeted me nicely. I'm originally from that area and know that it is a pretty safe neighborhood with many things close by. I checked the room for general cleanliness along with the mattress and some other things, it all looked good. The free breakfast was available but for me I opted for the Bob Evans right next door, they were very fast and courteous there. The thermostat worked well. I slept well. My bill was exactly what this site said it would be, no questions asked.

Uncomfortable pillows with bumpy feathers. Annoying static in alarm clock which made us have to unplug it.

Shuttle to the airport every half hour is such a wonderful feature and also having breakfast area available from 4 am to 10 am was a great feature, especially for an early morning flight.

The Only issue I can think of is the parking. They said you can park in the Bob Evans lot next door but there are towing signs and was nervous my vehicle would be towed. It wasn't but I did ask again at the front desk the following morning and they said it would be fine.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and overall nice stay. Location was great. Close to restaurants and the facility where my Seminar was being held.

The room smelled like English Leather cologne and old stale cigarettes...maybe the prior patron or maybe the room used to be a smoking room years ago. The light fixture over the bed didnt work. The vinyl flooring made the room loud and the beds slide around. The mattresses were old. The towels were really, really rough. Lastly, we could hear EVERYTHING in happening in the room next to ours. Especially when someone broke out an acoustic guitar and three others started singing...that was interesting. Anyone walking down the hall might as well have been in our room...there is a opening at the bottom of the front door so you hear everything and everyone walking by. Need more available outlets near the bed.

Location, parking, pillows were nice, the mattresses were comfy.

My check OUT experience was not what I’m used to. The gentleman behind the counter did not greet me when I approached. It was early morning and I usually get a “good morning”. I said good morning and he remained seated in a corner. He pointed to a bucket on the counter to dispose of my room key. I asked about a receipt and he begrudgingly provided one.

The facility was clean and comfortable - check in was easy - parking was at a premium though
