“We are regular visitors to this property and we have had great experiences, however, this time, the safari experience was not as magical and the shower was not working fine. It is a great property, however, they could take care of these maintenance issues better (we missed Charles on our safari this time). Though the reservations did not manage to arrange for our food requests, the lady chef at the property was awesome and went out of her way to accommodate our vegetarian friend's food requirements.”
